Working and pregnancy go together like two peas in a pod. However, there are some instances where working and becoming pregnant go hand in hand while some instances where both of them go hand in hand.

The good news is that if you have a job, most of the time, you will be given maternity benefits. If you are working with a boss who is not supportive or is simply not on board with the idea, make sure you keep your cool. You don't have to get into an argument with your boss as this will only push you away from your job, but you can let him know that you are going through something important and that you want to be treated fairly during work time.

When going to work, make sure you take along a notebook and pen to record your duties and what you need to do around the office to make it easier on yourself and the boss. Also, bring along a phone charger and a pen for the boss as well. While at work, also keep a diary and a calendar to remind yourself what you need to accomplish and keep track of any changes you may be experiencing throughout the day.

If you are not on good terms with your boss at work, take some time off and find a new employer. Many employers do not mind having a pregnant worker around, so don't let this be a negative point to you or the company. On the other hand, if you have a great relationship with your current employer, you will be able to convince him or her that you are a great employee and that they would not want to lose you.

When you are working, it is recommended that you take a few days off and relax while you are pregnant. When you return to work, you will feel better and this will allow you to focus on your new job and all the things that you need to do while you are working. Also, when you take time off, you will not miss your daily routines and this is another great reason why working and becoming pregnant should go together.

Lastly, it is not a good idea to go to work with clothes on. This will cause unnecessary stress for your body and you, which can lead to complications during your pregnancy. Instead, wear loose fitting clothing and wear something that you will be able to move around in.
